How to Return an Item

Initiate a return
Log in to your account and go to Orders. Select the item you want to return and click "Request Return".

Pack your item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar). Include your order number on a slip inside.

Drop it off
Use our prepaid return label or drop off at any registered courier partner location.

Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

- ✓Items with all original tags attached
- ✓Items received damaged or defective
- ✓Wrong item received
