Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also view your order status in your account under "Orders".
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact support immediately if you need to make a change.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available for an additional fee. See our Shipping page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Singapore. International orders take 7–14 business days.
Is free shipping available?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,999 within India.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is free for eligible items.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock. Initiate an exchange the same way as a return — select "Exchange" instead of "Refund" during the process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We never store your full card details on our servers.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
